Answers:    Here is the intertwine to the Deutsche Bahn site in English. I choice I would help you, but you didn't mentioned which Meckenheim you're going to. There is more next one in Germany and you would enjoy to exactly choose the right one:

If you need more relief pls post the Meckenheim you're going to:)
hi,

i think that i can backing you.
i have some more question for details:
- could you please tell me which Meckenheim/trainstation you are discussion about.
- do i take to mean you correctly, that you go from E to M and stern all of this three date?

http://www.bahn.de/regional/view/mdb/pv/...
shows the connections of north-rhine-westfalia.
look for bonn (lower quarter of the page). west of it you'll find euskirchen. follow the blue line east and the fourth stop is meckenheim.
you'll entail 20 minutes with the train and you do not own to change trains

Maybe the "Tagesticket" (day ticket =12,80 Euro) for 5 individuals could be the best choise. You need one for zone 3.
Look for the code on the table of the ticketmachine for Meckenheim. type the number and select Tagesticket (Gruppentagesticket)...
!!Take contained by mind it is not valid before 9 o'clock!!

if you travel closer , i think the best leeway is to take the NRW-Ticket (Sch"onerTagTicket NRW) .. it is valid for 5 those and cost 29,50 euro the whole time and you can take trains as very well as busses!,

a single journey costs 4.10
a ticket next to 4 journeys 14.40
beforehand nine?: a combination of 4-ticket and Tagesticket is possible too :)

you can book it via internet
but it is easier to book it at the trainstation. there are ticketmachines available.
select "sch"oner label ticket", it asks for the number of persons (1 or 5) and the date.
That's adjectives.

you can have a look at the timetable
http://www.bahn.de/p/view/international/... you inevitability 19minutes
just enter euskirchen and meckenheim and the date of travel.
There you are.

I hope, this relief you.. do not hesitate to ask if i espress it to complicated :)

enjoy fun
