What is average room renting cost ( monthly rental etc ) in Germany ? What cities are cheaper ? Plus food prices are also helpfule.

You can buy food cheap, if you know, wher to go. Look for the cheap supermarkets around the nouns you go. Get used to moving by train subway or bus, it's better and cheaper later car.

The prices for rental (for one Bedroom) starting near 400 Euro and up. The prices for food is not cheep, but there is lots grocery stores you can buy food for low prices like (Aldi, Lidl). A student room within Bonn runs about 300 Euro
When I visit USA it was difficult for me to find stores and shops, because I didn't know the first name of them (like Wal Mart oder Albertsons). Here are the names from German stores:
