3 Random Germany question?
Answer what you can.
1. I visited Erfurt within May and August 2007, and on one of the churches in the Domplatz they have a bunch of scaffolding around it. Will that still be there contained by January 2008?
2. Is Magdeburg worth a stop?
3. What sea should I drop by? The Baltic or the North. To me the Baltic looks less discovered, and more interesting.
Answers: 1. Reconstruction works on churches mostly pocket a few years, so there's chances that the scaffolding will still be in attendance, or will be there again.
2. Not that I know.
3. Neither of them. It's just cold and drizzling up there, and you'll hold sea, sand, bend, and heavy rainfall on the coast. What do you do there? Visit some bigger city on one of the big rivers similar to the Rhine or the Danube (Rhein, Donau) instead, deeper down south. You'll have more cultural events at hand and don't get so raining. Besides, the weather is likely to be electric fire.

(a)pinata,
where within my post did I talk something like Munich?
Alwin is not wrigth. Normally it is in the north within winter warmer than surrounded by the south of Germany cause of the nearer ocean. But of course it is no time to own beach holyday. Here we hold so between 41°F and 14°F very seldomn snow, no mostly the weather is misty. There is another article you must mention in the beginnig of January the morning will be from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. No North Germany is not the Careabean in winter contained by spite of that there are a great deal people comming to the North especially the North Sea for recration if it is cold the beachparties are hot. And in attendance is the culinary aspect best German dishes are very caloric and as a consequence winter is the time they are served. In your place I would make a sightseeing tour Bremen - Hamburg - Lübeck - Eutin - Pl"on - Eckernf"orde - Schleswig - Kappeln - Glücksburg - Niebüll ( Nolde Museum) - (perhaps Sylt impressively expensive all the year Jet Set resort.) - Husum - instead of Sylt better St. Peter-Ording - Friedrichstadt - Glückstadt -Hamburg - "Ulzen - Celle - Hannover. And that be it . Take an Interail ticket, and the place you like you stay - where on earth not you go to the subsequent. Except Hamburg, Hannover and Lübeck you will not have problems next to a cheap night stay.
If you come subsequent time you should have a look on the Deutsche M"archenstrasse ( German fairytale street) that is to say on the upper Weser. But there you should amble, and therefore you should come contained by May or late August.
Greetings from Hamburg, Germany
Heinz
