Alt-Rixdorf Christmas Market, anyone going this year?

It's a smashing evening out, especially if the weather is clear and frosty. All the stalls are oil lit and it doesn't suffer from the big "commerical" stallholders. Still plenty of opportunity to drink and drink though... (wouldn't be Germany without lots of chomp through and drink.)

Answers:    The second best christmas market contained by Berlin as to my opinion; you really get some taste! But you should try the one at Spandau, too. I don't live within Berlin any more, I'm in Bavaria presently, and I'm still undecided going on for whether to go to the legendary Nuremberg Christkindlesmarkt, the Regensburg one, or the one in Erding (between Munich and Franz Josef Strauss airport). I'll move about by train anyway, because drinking Glühwein (hot, spiced red wine) at the market and driving a sports car doesn't go ably with police regulations. And I love to enjoy a Bratwurst and a cup of Glühwein or two at christmas markets.
That have got to be one of the best Christmas market around was here a couple of year back concluding year it was koeln and this year I'm bad to Nuremberg. One of my favourites is in a small town call Bad Salzuflen you should try it, Klein aber fein.
