Can you oblige me find a fountain within Germany?
My father was stationed contained by Germany in the 60s and took a picture of a fountain, which consisted of what looks resembling either a natural boar or dog eating a terrifically long fish. Does anyone know where this is or if it still exists?
Answers: I would scan the picture and put a join. Also you can search yahoo imagery or flickr or photobucket for the image another print.
Sorry, but every little village have something similar, it could be a snake instead of a fish, or a lion fighting a dragon. Americans, stationed surrounded by the 60's in Germany didn't travel to far from their stand. I would try the villages around the dais. Lori can you post the pic or give a join to it ?That would help...
I can also lone ask you to present the picture.
It could be that the fountain still exist. Though in several villages/towns they have reworked their city-centers and sometimes old fountains be remove and stored away.
