I would suggest to contact the German Embassy in Abu Dhabi (see the below link) or the German Consulate General within Dubai. They will know the best which information you have to provide. Besides that I would assume you own to get surrounded by touch with them anyway to apply for your visa.

HI,

as far as I know here is no format, but to make sure, ask the German Foreign organization.

I couldn't find a format on their website, but you might email or call them to take home sure.
Hey Rakesh,
I believe you misunderstood something.
If you come as a tourist, you need any an offical invitation by your host (it is a declaration that he pays to the authority for foreigners) or a booked hotel and adequate money.

If you come for business you need an endorsed invitation (same as above) by the company you want to visit.

In adjectives cases you need a condition insurance of 30000 EUR.

The best is you call as an Abu Dabi citizen German embassy, or as an citizen of the adjectives the other emirates German general consulate. They shall give support to you.

Greetings from Hamburg, Germany
Heinz
