Been to North deep-sea?

Hello!
Has anybody been to the North Sea surrounded by Germany? Maybe near Wilhelmshaven? How did you close to it there?

Answers:    The north the deep area is my favorite place. My mother be from an island in the German North Sea. It is call Pellworm We used to go within every summer. Most of the north Frisian land I remember resembling this: Water, Wind, Sun,Green Grass, beautiful dated Houses, Holstein Cows. If you like You can check out this island by going to Pellworm.de (online.) They own an English language button. See for yourself.
Hope you resembling it.
I have be there.
In reality, I am studying in at the Northsea. In a town which is purely about 45 Min. away from Wilhelmshaven.
Every in a minute and then I am going to Wilhelmshaven in recent times for the fun of it or to watch a Handballgame.

"Wilhelmshaven is situated at the western coast of the Jadebusen, which is a firth of the North Sea with a population of in the region of 83,000.

In Wilhelmshaven there is an aquarium beside native animals from the North Sea, the information heart of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. The town's landmark is the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Brücke ("Emperor Wilhelm Bridge"), which crosses an inlet of the Jadebusen. It be built in 1908; beside a length of 159 m it was once the greatest swing bridge of Europe. The key exhibits of the Navy Museum are the former German Navy destroyer M"olders (D186), a submarine, and some smaller warships as well as an exhibition of German naval history from the 19th century onwards."

Furthermore, nearby is a first league (Bundesliga) Handball-Team situated in Wilhelmshaven. (www.whvhandball.de)

If you want to know anything surrounded by particular, please do not abate to contact me.
The north sea is exciting, motive there is wadden the deep with miles and miles of mud flats, where on earth u can wandering on during ebb-tide! Very nice out there. Look at the pattern www.wilhelmshaven.de
I have be there years ago. Been to various places and they change by the years. Dont know what you looking for? But 30 years ago it be ok. Wilhelmshaven is an industrial seaport. It hosts oil industry and is the port where on earth the German navy is harbour.
You can reach Wilhelmshaven by train, but if you want to carry around, renting a car is strongly recommended. Public transport is sparse surrounded by the area.

If you enjoy a choice, book accomodation in Schillig or Hooksiel, in the order of 45 minutes by car from Wilhelmshaven. Schillig have a very long sand shore and is very tidy. :)
The islands (Norderney, for example) are also worth a pop in.

Be warned: the North Sea is a place be many Germans travel for summer vacation, so you might own problems finding a room. Or a place at the beach, for the situation. Also, in the summer rooms are exceptionally expensive. Around the beaches, restaurants also expensive.
Most of the coast have Deiche (dams) and no beach. You also enjoy to pay mandatory "Kurtaxe" - a "rebirth fee" of around 2,50 EUR per day for your stay and to return with entrance to the beaches. On the bright side, the Kurtaxe also make some entrances cheaper. You don't have to rate Kurtaxe in Wilhelmshaven, because the air's not as right there as further north.

North Sea sea isn't like Atlantic or Pacific wet, but more like a lake's river by color. Waves are also not as high at the leading land shores, but you might be luckier on the islands.
The North Sea is huge. England and Scotland to the West, Scandinavia to the North East, Holland / Belgium / Germany are more SE beside France (just) getting in the picture to the South. Each cut has its own aesthetic and benefits. I lived in Bremerhaven for almost three years. It rain, and rains, and rain (so be prepared).

My favorite place? Hamburg - lots to see and do in the port city that never sleeps.
I enjoy not i want to go here know. I know that this is fore people that hold goon to the north sea contained by Germany. So for that i am sry. i just want to budge after hering how fun it is over the pond:)
