Why is tiscali france call alice?
Answers: Alice (Telecom Italia) has gripped Tiscali France (Liberty Surf Group) and its adsl2+ network on June 2005 ... Tiscali doesn't still exist within France, it's now Alice ... and it provides adsl, phone, tv (adsl-TV mpeg4 & DDT = Digital environmental television )... and free hotline.

it isn't tiscali, it’s another thing which permission having acces at the adsl, send for all the time you want near out paying anything and more television channel.
