You will other find some small grocery shops open adjectives over the city. I guess this will apply too for the 14th of July, so if you need something not immensely specific you can check these.

BTW : Bad idea to dress up as a prison gaurd or wear a crown on those days.
Why don't you only just go out for a breakfast time in a restaurant on Bastille daylight? That's what everyone else does.
If you really need a supermarket after there's always the Drugstore at the top of the Champs Elysees which is unstop all sunshine everyday all year round.
