Is it well-mannered to stop by Paris within January, or is it too cold?
I am planning to go to London and paris for New Years for the first time and I considered necessary to know if it was a polite idea to stir then. Or shouls I skulk until spring?
Answers: I would definitely be in motion in January. The place is full of tourists surrounded by spring and summer, in winter you won't own to deal next to as many crowds. It get cold, but it's not bone-chillingly cold, and if you have the arbitrary to see Notre
Dame and other sights in the snow you won't regret it. One piece: if you are in Paris for New Year's Eve, don't move about to the Eiffel Tower, there are method too many family and it's not that fun.
From my last travel experience to Paris (past January), the weather wasn't so nice, too cold near strong winds and rainfall. Not so good weather for walking and tourists.
Until very soon the weather in Europe is fairly warm for that time and season.
Any time of year is charming. I've been nearby in February, and it be cold, but also beautiful.
Paris surrounded by January is beautiful... There's still the Christmas border in the streets and the shops. Is it cold ? Between 0° and 10° within January but it's variable. Paris surrounded by spring is pleasant too but it's more impressive during Christmas time.

Usually Paris that's to right to be heard the North of France it's cold but it seems this year any winter !! Really ...It's wierd, we own the spring in the crash down, mainly surrounded by the south where I live ...
