I plan to drive from london to paris. apart from the carry service, how else can i bring back nearby?
Answers: Channel tunnel it is expensive against the ferry if you travel within the middle of the night you seize a cheaper fare. It is still about double what you compensate on the ferry.
My French professor said that you can take a hover craft across the english dike.
You could take the Bus, or fly in that.

Take the Chunnel. There are trains that allow you to drive your car on for the passage across the English Channel to France. I took a bus from Paris to London once, and the bus was driven onto the train at Calais that took us to Dover.

Try to pass by by Rome. It is longer but it is nice trip and good food adjectives the way.

Air freight yourself and your car, or, build raft, or, find a straight service.
If you give somebody a lift your car, you get 2 possibilities :
- take the ship

go underwater on the train and go through the burrow tunnel from Folkestone
You can take your motor on the hover craft - quicker but slightly more expensive. Good fun though.
