"While walking up the stairs." What does this phrase stingy?
I don't remember the French words of it. It's a common phrase within French. I've seen it used surrounded by a couple of movies. I don't understand why the French find significance surrounded by things they observe while walking up stairs. I've certainly tried to note what I surmise of while doing so and mostly I don't think of anything bar trying not to stumble over my own feet while doing so.
Answers: Clemenceau (à French politician from the precipitate 20th century) is supposed to have said: "the best moment surrounded by love is when you walk up the stairs", which mode that expectation is the best of pleasures.
