Paris is actually a pretty dirty city. (i know this because i own family who lived here at one time) but if you want to go at hand, i would say stir for it! its something that you probably would enjoy.

Not during the summertime. The sewers are still cleaned out by guys on a raft, and surrounded by the heat the integral city smells. God forbid the frogs upgrade.
Yes, it's good anytime of year. Last year they in actuality had an rime skating rink set up in the Eifel Tower, and they do fireworks for New Years by the Eifel tower. I believe it's a beautiful city, move about see the usual landmarks, and the Musee de Orsay and the Sacre Couer church, it's pretty and it has a great vision of the city since it's on a hill. It can be expensive to walk there, but it doesn't enjoy to be, we are a military family so unsurprisingly we aren't rich, but we've been twice and manage okay. We found a reasonable hotel and it have an inexpensive pizza place right around the corner and a metro stop at the next corner, and right across from the pizza place be a little store to by snacks and fruit and drinks. You can go and get a metro pass for however copious days you will be there, we have a 5 day metro go past. We found our hotel on www.parishotels.com We chose the Cactus, it's small, but clean (just engineer sure you reserve a room with a bathroom), and it's relatively inexpensive. Oh, and resembling some people said, parts of the city are dirty, but not the integral city. And the people aren't rude resembling everyone says, we found them to be fairly friendly and helpful.

Yes Ive be there man its stunning and there are alot of wonderful restaurants but god the blue cheese tasted awfull their croissants are something you cant dream of and that eiffel tower is something huge. yes i really recomend visit there contained by the summer.
Paris is a very interesting city, near many historical buildings, amazing museums and great architecture. However, close to most tourist-filled places, it is VERY expensive. The food, drink and everything else are stupidly expensive.
Yea, it would be nice to see the tower, but Germany is way better!
