(for citizens who enjoy be to the Dominican Republic)?
I am Dominican and my father was born nearby I was in recent times wondering for those who have travled nearby did you like it, what be your favorite experiance and your over all judgment on the place.
I was wondering what you thought because some hours of daylight Im gonna go hindmost and I would like to know nearly it :) thanx
Answers: I have be 4 times. Not to a resort area, but on a mission trip into the TRUE Dominican Republic. It is not what most people have a sneaking suspicion that it will be like. It is eye first performance. The people are lovely general public, but have beyond doubt nothing. I love going at hand to be with the ethnic group. It doesn't matter that they don't own anything, it is their lifestyle.
I would be so excited to go and enjoy this new experience!
The women. And the food and nightlife. Mainly the women though.
Had be there twice, simply at resorts, and really enjoy it. But I'm sure that the on a daily basis life of the general public that live there is unbelievably different of what I experienced. They are hard working associates but there is plentifully of poverty. Be proud of your country girl. I'm proud of my Island too. (PR)

Well Kate, the resorts are positively wonderful. Its like bliss. Our resort had flamingos, a rooster, birds everywhere. The population in the resort be as nice as could be. They didn't know too much English, and I only know plenty Spanish to order a beer, but everyone tried as strong as they could to understand respectively other.
The trip there cost $2200 for 2 relations all-inclusive for 7 nights, that includes adjectives the food, beer, flight from Philly and the 7 night stay.
Now agree to me answer your question going on for the area outside the resort...
It's exceptionally poverty stricken. We had armed guards on the brim of our beach during the hours of darkness time. Most people are riding 2 those at a time on the back of mo-ped similar to vehicles. The houses be very small. Some of the houses be 4 pieces of metal standing up with a roof. The roads aren't really cobbled and the people even working at the resorts just about make any money.
