A friend of mine is comin to Puerto rico beside me, and he is not a U.s. citizen , will he budge thru immigration ?
he does have a Brazillian passport as an i.d
and i know it wont be a problem goin... but how bout on the means of access back?
Answers: Where is he flying from?
Brazil...he will progress trough Immigration in the US and consequently catch a pre clerance flight to Puerto Rico..(domestic).
If he's already surrounded by the US.that's a domestic fligth so he will have to show his documents to the airline...if he is a Legal Resident of the US, adjectives he needs is his ARC Card (green card) and another valid ID.
If he's a Visitor he will entail his Brazilian passport with a US b2 visa (tourist).

If he is flying from the US to PR no. If he's flying direct from Brazil non stop to PR then yes, he will travel thru immigration at the first US airport he lands. If he's papers are in command he should not have a problem going away.
He needs to budge through immigration.
He will go through US Inmigration. If he have the passport and every document in decree he should not have any problem. the procedures are alike as in any other international airport through the USA.
