2 days - Prince Edward Island slow June. What to do besides "Anne"? Easy to rent bikes? Any disappointments?
Answers: It depends on what you like, but I would recommend a fishing trip - in that are plenty of those you can try. Consider a drive to the Nova Scotia ferry if you hold time, and doing the crossing to get a sense of what to be precise about, though 2 days is not profoundly for that. I like to do the antique shops - that is to say my sort of thing. Definitely pop in Charlottetown and do the sights there. As when you call in any area as a tourist, try to devour at restaurants the locals frequent. If you will have children next to you three things my kids used to love were Woodleigh Replicas and the bottle house and the doll museum. You will find them within the tourist brochures. They are relatively small attractions, but my kids wanted to see them every time we go to PEI.
Disappointments are Cows ice cream (over-priced and over-rated) and the Cavendish nouns generally - it have become very commercialized and touristy.
Have fun.
The best places on PEI are where on earth you get away from the rush.
We rented a cottage on a grow near a small cove ultimate year and enjoyed walking soothingly down to the water, taking a short ride into the within reach small town and meeting the population moving around the working farm.
Tone of bikes to rent, and lots of silence places to ride, even with adjectives the tourists. We have be going there, camp, B&B and cottaging for 30 years - never been disappointed
