Where surrounded by victoria B.C can I achieve picture ID not passport or drivers license & not exspensive?
Answers: At any Government Agents office you can purchase a B.C. ID Card.
Check the blue page for the one closest to you as Victoria may have a few office.
Go to driver services ICBC
Just go to motor vehicle and ask for a Canadian ID card and they will get you one. They are not expensive, I get one a few years back within Alberta and it cost me $5.00 at the time. I'm sure it's gone up but not a whole lot I'm sure.
