Any warning for a first travel to Brazil ? Where should I jump, what should I do , if I want to stay 2 weeks ?

Answers: its winter there immediately so it will be cooler in the south, its best to go before north, spread your time between Salvador, Maceió, Recife, Natal and Fortaleza (if you have time to obtain that far) and all the beach in between, in attendance are alot on the litoral alagoense e pernambucano (coastlines of Alagoas and Pernambuco states) and up to Natal city. Salvador, Recife and Olinda have plenty of historical sights to see, if that's your piece..
Ok so you're alone... got the picture. Go to Rio 3 days max. Salvador 2 days max. Recife 2 days max. Porto Galinhas + Gaibu 2 days. Pipa 3 days and Fortaleza the remaining. All shore, love and fun under after sun!!
i just come from Brazil. I was also in attendance for 2 weeks. We went to Salvador de Bahia. I'd significantly recommend going there, it's really exquisite. We also went to Rio, which be ok, I wasn't to crazy about it.

Don't be afraid to budge to downtown Rio - just stick to the coast cities - Ipanema (stay here) and Leblon and Copa (be careful here). Ipanema/Leblon/Copa are close to New York on the beach. Beautiful citizens and great fun. You can walk everywhere. Just evacuate your jewelry at home - try to blend in. Don't verbs out a cell phone without mortal mindful of your surroundings. If you miss these beach cities you will be missing something terrifically special. Watch Samantha Browns Travel Channel program on Rio - yu will get somewhat idea. I run into lots of single travelers. Be sure to take the favela tour.it is cheap down in that so you will be able to do more than you construe. The real time to take heed is at night - dont win drunk and wander the streets. I wander the streets by myself for five months and did not have any piece happen...basically use common sense. There is a right show on Sundance Channel late at dark called City of Men...It is just about live in Rio contained by favelas - I love it. Like someone said - the movie City of God is awesome but very grief-stricken and scary. You will enjoy a wonderful time. You should go to Rio. There, you should walk to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, Sugarloaf Mountain, the Christ the Redeemer, Lapa, Santa Teresa.
I deduce Rio is beautiful. It's a must for a first timer. Bahia would be a obedient choice too, not only Salvador (the wherewithal city) but the beautiful beach. If your into adventure, you could try Pantanal, surrounded by Mato Grosso. Also I recommend you arrange tour guides in credit, or at the hotels once you get here.

Spend a week surrounded by Ouro Preto (state of Minas Gerais) and a week in Paraty (state of Rio de Janeiro), you'll love it.
Don't jump to Rio, unless you want to be shot.
If you are going to the Northeast, go to Natal, near are lots of nice things for tourists there (and great restaurants, especially if you are a carnivore).
If you are going to the South or Southeast, call in the Iguacu Falls (they are outstanding), and go to the Serra Gaúcha. You'll resembling it.
If you are looking for adventure Manaus is the place to start. From within you can charter a boat and explore the many tributaries and village along the Solimones and ***** rivers. Bring cash, some places surrounded by Manaus take credit cards, but you will stipulation cash every where on earth else. I would also suggest bringing candy and other childrens gifts like crayons and coloring books. You will congregate a lot of children along the river and within the villages. And obviously, jungle excursions. There is an abundance of wildlife up river from Manaus. Have fun.
