Been living surrounded by the US for 9 years, going final to brazil, requirement tips!!?

hi, I've been living surrounded by the USA for 9 years, I'm originally from Brazil and came here when i be just 10 turning 11... Now I'm 19 turning 20 and I'm roughly to go pay for to Goiania or Brasilia, and i need some tips on how much the city and country have changed, and what would be the first couple of things I need to do once I arrive within thx :)

Answers:    Hello there! We enjoy something in adjectives :) I'm Brazilian too. The only difference is that I've be here for 12 years instead of 9. Here are some tips:

1. Before going back, net sure you "legalize" all of your institution documents through the brazilian consulate. Just go to www.brazilmiami.org, click on "servicos consulares" and follow the instructions of what to do. It's adjectives done via mail, costs just 5 bucks and the whole point should be done in a couple of weeks. If you don't "legalize" your diploma/school collection, the brazilian government won't sanction it and finding a job may be not easy to do.

2. You can get a CPF form from the consulate website as economically. That also costs 5 bucks.. I just don't know how long it'll lift. The CPF is equivalent to a "brazilian social security number". Without it, you can't do anything! If you don't enjoy a CPF you won't even be able to exchange your dollars to reais when you bring back to Brazil.

3. Other necessary documents that you'll obligation to get if you plan on working within Brazil are: your RG, "carteira de trabalho" and titulo de eleitor because in Brazil voting is NOT not compulsory. Unfortunately, the only point you'll be able to bring back from the brazilian consulate is your CPF. The other ones you'll have to lurk till you're in Brazil.

4. Because you've be living in the US for over 12 months, you enjoy the RIGHT to take anything you'd approaching to take next to you but in instruct to do that, you have to prove that you've be here for over a year by providing items such as bills, your school store, etc, etc, etc. Just take that beside you to the airport and if they ask you show it to them. Additionally, it might also be a good conception to get a "declarac~ao de residencia" from the brazilian consulate. If you enjoy that plus the proof that you've been here for over 12 months, there's no track they'll charge any kind "taxes" for the items you bring within.

I hope this helps!!
