Apartments cost rent in Rio de janeiro for long possession?
i want something cheap about 400$ (or less) a month for long expressions and i cant find anything on the itnternet all are for tourist and are over 1000$ i want something cheap for 2 those im thinking moving to brazil..
Answers: I am in Florianopolis Brazil right presently, and I can say that if you want the best rate you enjoy to go in attendance yourself and find one. But being a tourist (unless your portugese is good) they will try to pilfer advantage of you. But, as for Rio... in attendance are extremely rich parts and extremely poor parts. Like the richest of Europe rich and the poorest of Africa poor. Hence, if you want an apartment in any price breadth you can find it. The end proposal is... Dont use an American or European website, try to find a Brazilian website, or the best advice is to jump there and see.
400 is so litlle! You will not find something honourable with this budget.

Depends on how long "long term" is. Try contacting Vanna at www.vannarioflats.com.br. She have apartments and won't rip you off of late because you are a tourist. The good bit is carnaval just done and it's going into fall and smaller amount tourists/lower demand.
