Answers:    Very interesting question.
Well, I don't ponder that women are percieved as being lower than men contained by business. They certantly have to overcome prejudice to receive higher up within Brazil, just approaching any other country, but once there I don't suppose they have further problems. It's adjectives in the atitude right?
I've have two woman bosses in vastly different areas of work and they were both VERY competent and respected. No doubt.
My mother have always worked surrounded by life and other had prime positions on her jobs, again, not a problem.
It is not as masculine dominated as other South Amercian coutries in my view. I do think that it depends a bit where on earth you will be heading. Location does make a HUGE difference surrounded by Brazil, as the South and Southeast are much more advanced. I would even include the Central- West. North and Northeast are much more underdevelloped in such matter. But even there I would enunciate it depends a lot on the folks attitude.

Religion.
Well, Brazil is still vastly catholic, hence no prayer in business, since more and more, it seem to me that catholics view business and something dirty within some way.
For those who are evangelical I enjoy seem rather prayer mixed with business, but zilch that can be compared to the US.
Must be an interesting project, if you have more question my email is open.
My experience have been thate at hand are businesses led by women - a friend of mine have her own business in Brasil. However, I hold also found that there is still a bit of "machismo" and some men aren't outstandingly thrilled with women within leadership roles. But mostly, I'd say it is honestly similar to the USA.

As for religion - not aware of much 'consideration' of religion in business. There are a great deal of business related to religion (bookstores, idols/figures, etc.). Since popular elections were reinstated surrounded by the early 80's, it seem there is a bit more religious free will in the country.
