Bis in Brasil can be especially tricky there's not a strong judiciary to uphold interstate commerce, therefore it's a holly mess, as a rule of thumb adjectives bis that do thrive it prosper for one or two years then FISCAIS will start coming for payoffs, throwing adjectives sorts of tax codes at your bis, next it's just a concern of time before the bis go under. Just resembling leaches. I don't know what type of bis you're trying to implement but I would stay away, unless you're planning to open a casa da luz vermelha, ou padaria or buteco.
