Brazil Trip?

Hello, all! I am going to be traveling to Brazil for the first time and am considering covering three states: Bahia, Salvador, Pernanmbuco, Recife and Minas Gerais , Belo Horizonte, Ouro Preto. I do not hold very much time and be wondering if you all could contribute some advice. Do you deem its best to focus just on the North East and skip Belo Horizonte. I know respectively state is quite different, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance you could give in the order of the cities, sites, etc. Cheers!

Answers:    hello I am brasileira, voce vai amar o Brasil.!
Friend, I live in Rio and work surrounded by the Northeast and am in Belo at tiniest once every two months. You are certainly going to places that are not the most touristy. Your are choices are suitable though. I don;t know what your objectives are.

I would skip Belo for sure, however to see Ouro Preto which is fantastic you will have to fly into Belo. Also I recommend Salvador but Recife is not my opinion unless you will be staying at some sort of resort there. I do enjoy a suggestion though. If you are flying in from the USA most weakly you will be coming through Rio or S~ao Paulo (there are exceptions if you fly in on TAM). If you do enjoy a choice to come in through Rio, spend a year here. Why? because it is beautiful, it have as much or more history than Salvador and it is the point of connection next to anyone who you will ask you about Brazil within your conversations once you get vertebrae.
I am Brazilian, living in the state of Santa Catarina contained by southern Brazil, Come here, my rule is the one who has the greatest diversity hanbiental. With dazzling beaches on the coast and snow contained by the hills. If you come, you will close to, vizite the capital Florianópolis, go beyond by Joinville, largest city in the state, and climb the mountain toward S~ao Bento do Sul where on earth I live, is a ds richest cities of the state. You can learn roughly speaking the natural comeliness that presents all the mountains of Santa Catarina. Excuse my English, it's a unpromising thing, if you come here I transport an email. My email is: henriquemelo_sausicha(a)yahoo.com.br
Sber to you about my state and the city that quoted, look descriptions on the Internet.
Make sure you take some time to look in Bahia if you are more into relaxation and the beach scene. I myself am from Salvador and you will be capable of take a range of tours of islands and beaches if you ask locals around the nouns. I also recommend Rio de Janeiro (the beach sections) Plenty of attractive scenery if you are into photography and want plenty of snap shots to show the folks spinal column home. Oh and if you do choose to go to Salvador be paid sure you try some of our wonderful cuisine. Feijoada, Moqueca, and Churrasco are three names you'll want to remember to ask in the order of. They are my personal favorites.

Have a great time in Brasil! Hope you soak up it there!
Hello!! How are you?

I deem you should begin by the North East, at the coast, and be in motion until Rio de Janeiro, after you skip into the countryside, Belo Horizonte.

To know a bit more about Recife, cart a look in this page: http://www.braziltravels.info

I live contained by Recife, and I am sure that you would love the beaches here, and surrounded by all North East coast.
Good travel! \o/\o/
The North East of the Country is only wonderful and you have to see Rio. Spend some perfect time in this dazzling breath-taking city, you'll fall within love with it. And consequently please don't loose the chance to see Ouro Preto, spend two days within this cute little city.it is so charming.

Have fun, Brazil is just great!
Hi!

I would manifestly spend more time in the North-East. It's divine!

Belo Horizonte is just a big city, and it's get lots of historic buildings but then again you will see lots of historic buildings surrounded by the North Eastern coastal cities as well.

Have fun!
can skip belo. is thoroughly dirty and has masses weird culture. go to the south, it is more pretty and verbs. curitiba is the best... but then again we adjectives have pride surrounded by our own city so i'm sure someone would say belo is the best. But you know, when you surrounded by brasil is very cheap to procure a bus ticket. so can go almost anywhere for not much money.

dance to the Fernando de Noronha Island! it the most wonderful place in Brasil, it is on the Northeastern litoral. It is undeniably gorgeous!!
i am a Greek-American planning on playing "soccer" in Brazil and i would recommend Rio de Janeiro for a honourable time
Indeed, the three states are very close.
You can progress first to Belo Horizonte and Ouro Preto - Minas Gerais.
Ouro Preto is known as Heritage of Humanity by its history and architecture. There are charming churches in the Baroque style.
Then you can walk to Salvador, Bahia, the airfare costs between $ 287.0 to 380.0.
From Salvador to Recife - Pernambuco, the airfare costs more or less $ 380.0.
In Minas Gerais, you will enjoy the opportunity to hear a little of the ethnic group simplest and most picturesque places of Brazil . If only stay contained by the Northeast will see only beach.

It all depends how long you will be travelling. Brasil is a huge country close to the USA and travelling between states are not easy and not cheap. You can any drive, take bus (no train contained by most of inter states) or fly.

In any case I am exceptionally surprised you didn't mention Rio de Janeiro which is to me the first city a foreigner must go. Not seeing Rio is not "fully" knowing typical Brasil. So I outstandingly recommend you to visit RJ at most minuscule for 3 days. It is not safe but plentiful toruists have be there and risk-free.

Bahia, Salvador is a must too! It is a beautiful city near many things to do and places to pop in specially the historic area of Pelorinho. Also contained by Bahia if you have time, pop in Morro de Sao Paulo which is to be one of the top destinations of Brazil (check on google earth to swot up more).

Recife is definitely worth going and Pernambuco too. Beuaitful beach, white sands, etc... Also you didn't mention but Lencois Maranhenses is one of the most elegant places in Brasil which is located on the Nortern division of brazil. Look at these photos:

isn't it to die for?

Not sure about Minas Gerais, if you own time you should go, but contained by my opinion is the final place you should consider. No beaches, deeply small towns interesting but not as interings as many other areas Brasil have.

Belo Horizonte is just a big city similar to Sao Paulo, if you have time stir, otherwise you rather spend time contained by Sao paulo which has more to propose than BH.

Cheers to you and have a wonderful time contained by Brazil!
