Are Afro-Brazilians Latinas? I vote they are and someone else say no.?

Answers:    Yes
Do you really need the sticky label? If the definition of Latino is someone whose native country speaks Spanish, the answer is no because Portuguese is the Brazilian speaking. If the definition is someone who was born within latin America the answer is yes because Brazil is part of it. If the definition is almost race, the answer is no, because 98% of Brazilians are mixed blood, so a black Brazilian will probably hold European blood as well. The best definition is lately Brazilian, and we are very proud of the mix of race in Brazil.

No.
A Latino (or Latina) is a personage of Latin-American or Spanish-speaking descent, so if you fit into either of those category you can consider yourself Latina.
As opposed to the Euro-Brazillians or the home-grown indians who lived there since Europeans came next to their slaves.?
In Brazil we don't care for cultural stereotype...you are just Brazilian.
