Answers:    you would not obtain enough money to support your own flesh and blood working part time

and if you apply for a study visa this does not close-fisted your wife and child can come with you
check out the australian immigration website
The working bit is probably a great deal easier than the studying bit.

As far as I know students on student visa need to repay full fee and rightfully are only allowed to work in no doubt number of hours in a week - and that's the tricky point. Generally unis and TAFEs charge difficult fees for overseas students than local students - albeit calling both rates - full fee rates.

Depending what or where on earth you will be studying, the fees vary.

See this one $22K+ per annum for Bachelor Bus contained by Acc
http://www.monash.edu/study/coursefinder...

The fees are slightly cheaper in RMIT

Do you enjoy access to people from IDP? They may know how to advise you further http://www.idp.com/
Or some of the Uni or TAFEs registered representatives such as these ones http://coldfusion.its.monash.edu.au/moin...

Then higher than the above, there is this requirement to slake 80% attendance (or something like that - I can't remember the exact rate) if not the visa will be revoked etc.

Just tricky . anyway... try to have a chat next to one of those Registered Reps people. If they're not loyal, stuffying you around, or trying to charge you something, go elsewhere. They're lots of them surrounded by Asia and generally they are free (as they receive commissions or some sort of fees from the informative institutions themselves).

I don't know where you are base... hope the above helps.
okay good luck 2 u...me and my people have be going through the process of obtaining a visa for 13 months so far, so don't hold your breath. You definately won't be capable of go as a married couple on a student visa though, you will both hold to apply in your own right.
As galah said, in that is work around if you are willing to do job such as fruit picking.

I've put some links below.

Make sure you get the correct visa, however, as the statute is very strict more or less working on the wrong visa.

Not only you, but anyone who hires you can grasp into trouble if you work without anyone allowed to.

It's much better to make sure everything is done properly to start next to! :-)

Cheers :-)
It depends on what part of Australia you are intending to be in motion to, but there is abundantly of work if you don't mind menial labour. If you hold some skills or qualifications, nearby is still plenty of jobs but it may cart longer to find one. I don't think recreational work will cover all costs, but you may know how to find some form of compromise if you and your partner work different shifts and don't have to allocat too much funding to childcare. Brisbane or Adelaide are probably smaller quantity expensive to live in than the other income cities, but both have honourable universities and colleges that cover most disciplines. Our revealing system is world standard and I recommend you study here if you get the arbitrary. Good luck.
