Answers: NSO Helpline Plus (02) 737-1111 if you request for authenticated birth, death, or bridal certificates. It usually take 10-15 minutes before your bid is answered so if possible, ring up through a landline, not a cell phone.
The operator will offer you a reference number which you will indicate on the payslip upon making costs at any Metrobank branch nearest to you. Within three days from payment, you will receive your request from NSO.
