What's the procedure if I've lost my Singapore IC?
So, I'm absolutely positive I've lost it. What do I do?
Answers: Loss of IC
Make a police report.Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents who hold lost their Identity Cards are required to apply for a replacement.The registrant is required to come in personage to register for loss of IC & hence cannot register for the replacement of the lost of IC via iC Online or via mail.
Procedure
The registrants should telephone in character at:
Counter 1,IC Section
Citizen Services Centre
3rd Floor,ICA Building
10 Kallang Road
Singapore 208718
The registrant should then secure Q-number & wait to be call.
The original copy of the police report should be produced if available.
Alternatively,Statutory Declaration should be produced contained by lieu of a police report.Once the replacement registration is completed & payment (S$100 for the first loss & S$300 for the second & subsequent loss) is made & a tally will be issued.
This receipt must be produced when collecting the replacement IC contained by 1 or 3 months' time.
The following original documents are required for Permanent Residents solitary:
Entry & Re-Entry Permits;
Expired & valid passports;
Certificate of Identity, if any; and
Malaysian IC,if applicable
Fees
The replacement fee for a lost IC is S$100 for the first loss & S$300 for the second & subsequent losses.Payment over the counter can be made by NETS/CashCard.
Processing Time
The processing time for the first loss is 1 month & 3 months for second & subsequent loss(es).

NOTE: 1 recent passport-sized colour photograph which meets their requirements... (I suggest U took the photo subsequent to the counter 1 at 3rd storey... When I took photo outside stdio... it never pass their requirement)
