What's your antipathy in relation to the "Cebu Canister Scandal"?
Answers: I would hope that the hospital and the all the staff surrounded by the operating room that day are punished. Whatever amount the object may receive in a lawsuit is not going to be ample.
I also think that the small screen media especially ANC should also be liable because they verbs to show the video over and over when discussing the event. The video was made short the consent of the victim and surrounded by my opinion should manufacture it illegal for the word media to verbs to damage the subject. As for myself I would have never see the video if not for ANC.
The Monsignor Dakay Spokesperson for the Diocese of Cebu statement within my opinion is uncharitable and uncalled for. To want to reduce the responsibility of the medical staff by placing some blame on the victim sickens me. To argue that the incident would not own happen if the man have not been participating surrounded by homosexual sex is an unnecssary argument. I suggest the incident would not have come up if the medical staff would have acted surrounded by a professional manner.
Monsignor sticking items surrounded by ones anus for sexual pleasure is not limited to homosexual sex. I enjoy a degree and a license for sexual counselling within the States. I have studied the subject most predictable more than the fine Monsignor and can tell him that nearby are as many straight men as gay men that want sexual pleasure in that course. That is not an exculsive homosexual act!
For the fine Monsignor to read out that homosexuals are created by God but are not to have homosexual sex suggest to me that God is not a objective God, not a just God, not a God of mercy, not an adjectives knowing God as I was skilled in the nouns. I agree homosexuality is a born orientation. I strongly disagree that homosexuals should abstain from sex. I would also resembling the Monsignor to point out one verse contained by the Bible where Jesus made a single statement give or take a few homosexuality. Jesus certainly have a lot to voice about charity, judge others and loving one another.
In my opinion God holds homosexuals to alike moral standards as hetrosexuals and nothing more. The Church claims that they do not discriminate against homosexuals and i.e. absolutely not true. The Churches stand on homosexuality by requiring homosexuals to be celibate is discriminating, unnatural and degrading.
The Church contained by the Philippines conveniently ignores the issue of homosexuality when it comes to the lavish and celebrities simply as they do for wealthy men and celebrity that have two, three and four family. i enjoy read several articles finding objects inserted in the anus of a soul, mostly gays and they gave lots of reason how it got contained by so I'm not startled anymore. However, this is the first time I read a case is file. I think that guy won't hold a chance to win that surrounded by court bc the footage did not mentioned his identity nor showed his facade, so anyone could claim it was his anus. Yes, the sufferer really would have feel so humiliated, they all do, don't they but unless he get other footages of showing it was really him, consequently, he would win the case.
Peoples reaction are mostly why were within "recorders" during the operation, without the consent of the long-suffering. Well, as said, the identity was not shown or mentioned. I of late don't know how this "victim" could prove that it was him on the video, the canister does enjoy a brand, but not a serial number. Coincidence do happen and that footage could be that of another soul.
The only problem beside that atmosphere is the OR, why are they so rowdy? They are not in a circus. They can cart videos in need or with the consent of patients but below classified informations category only, or as the one surrounded by Youtube, no identity revealed. But there manners within should be at least discreet, civilized. This is true surrounded by many hospital settings. Even within private hospitals, medical or nursing students attend to patients even under hospital supervision of which I do not approve. Many are still so clumsy. I hold seen some attending to patients who are not trained on how to talk to patients giving them words of comfort. They are no different to a palenkera or kargador in souk places. Some even are like drill sargeants within basic boot military camp.
Our hospital atmosphere is attended by lots of people who are not in that to care for patients and who own no feelings of empathy. They took up that profession bc of large paying jobs. The medical and nursing profession should with the sole purpose have family with sincere devotions and pure gentle hearts, not pigs or wolves given some license to attend to people surrounded by hospitals.
Sadly, we just proved what did the "Desperate Housewife" said. =(
That be really a disgrace to the Filipino doctors all over the country and what's worse is that both ABSCBN and GMA hold their programs televised in a foreign country! So, there's a big possibility that our fellow Filipinos and OFWs will also know what just happen to that victim of dissoluteness.
The damage have been done...economically, the authorities should just steal legal undertaking in this incident and punish whoever wants to be punished.

The medical professionals who were guilty of such behavior at the operating room deserves an appropriate disciplinary bustle. I was once a student nurse at that hospital and I agree that some of those things happen. I saw a lot of surgeons and nurses doing such things and I consistency so sorry for the poor patients / clients. Whatever their reasons are.. they are still guilty for such mischievous act. .. very unprofessional. Serves them right if they will be suspended. As for the priests.. it's none of their business anymore if what the creature did prior to the incident. They should stay away from such issue. They are just calculation insult to injury. <*-*>
it was deeply demeaning to the "dignity" of a human being. hmmppp! those doctors and nurses violated the patient's rights. it be horrible watching it on the news that those so call professionals were adjectives laughing non-stop while taking the video of that poor guy. hmmppp! it was extremely humiliating on the part of the lenient. hmmmpp! may this incident will serve as a "lesson" for everyone. hmmmppp!
A worm full of can! Operating roon humors are routine in any hospital to break the monotony. There are cases within which spoons were found surrounded by the stomach of patients, but finding a body spray in the colon is the most stupid shield. With the advent of Video cellphones we should expect more stupidity via youtube. I don't agree next to marcelino when he made the statement above. the ignorance of a few doesn't stand as a truth for everyone. yes, what they did was wrong. it be very unprofessional but not adjectives are like that.

the patient also at idiosyncrasy. why he allowed the canister to be inserted inside his body. that is not what a middle-of-the-road person will do. the doctors and nurses not behave the way they should.
