Answers: As your child is one and only 2, it's a bit risky having a VB presently, and any doctor will have to embezzle extra care of you. They may all right be reluctant to permit a VB, as they would within most countries in your situation. It's particularly possible for you to die if you rupture and it isn't spotted quickly plenty. Not only do they not want YOU to die, but it wouldn't do deeply for the reputation of their hospital either.
Do you speak Japanese? If not, and you can't find an English speaking doctor within an English speaking hospital, I seriously recommend going back home to contribute birth - VB or CB. It's not easy have a baby here if you can't speak to the staff, and frankly they hold the most sickeningly pathetic and stupid notions almost babies. Think of your countries attitude about 30 years ago, how mothers be told everything natural (exept pain) be wrong, and encouraged to bottle nurture, told breast-feeding wasn't enough to save a baby alive, other treated like second (or third) class citizens - that's Japanese motherliness wards very soon. Copying all the crap from the west. Bit past due, but they don't seem to consideration.
As you know, being surrounded by hospital is highly depressing.
Being a foreign mum is highly depressing - hormones, and the style little things keep going not as planned.
Here it'll be worse, VB or no.
And they expect you to nurture your baby surrounded by some miserable room with chairs that are too glorious off the floor, and lights that are too bright at dark, and they expect you to weigh the baby in the past and after - and they're obsessive around weight gain, I've never in the past seen women man forced to supplement their breastfed babies with formula at every nurture. But to the staff here it's normal - they give attention to breastmilk isn't enough. And they approaching you to "massage" your breasts, which here just method to nearly pull past its sell-by date your nipples. They also like you to rub horse-oil into them. Unfortunately that's not a prank, but it is optional.
Considering the reality that all the mums within my hospital had alleged low-milk supply, the food must be inadequate. And they want you to stay in in that for about 5 days after a 2nd VB, 14 days + after a CS.
Yes, I'd recommend going home.
The rule within Japan for pregnancies is natural child birth. They don't do epidurals and they singular do c-cections under extreme medical inevitability circumstances. Unless you have some physical problem that would complicte vaginal birth, it would truly be difficult to find any doctor who would be willing to do it any other agency.
Find and decide the gynecologist soon. Japan's gynecologists are suffering from lesser amount of beds for parturients.
As you know the birth is not a disease. People usually find the hospital beforehand and reserve the bed. They will ask you to call round the hospital once a month.
