What is that sweet barley drink call contained by Chinese? Can Ding-ding candy be found contained by China?

I had it once at the Parkway shopping precinct. It is a sweet drink made of barley. What is it called within Chinese? Please give me the tones, also. Can it be found within Beijing?
Also, can "ding-ding" candy be found in Beijing or other parts of China? That's the sort of candy contained by the pan, that the personality breaks with rather chisel and puts in a rucksack. It's hard and sweet, but as you put away it it gets chewy. What is it made of? It's enticing.

Deuk Deuk Tong 啄啄糖 or commonly referred to as Ding Ding Tong is a type of traditional candy within Hong Kong.Ding Ding Tong is called deng2 deng2 tang2 叮叮糖.Ding Ding Tong is a type of traditional candy contained by Hong Kong.It is a hard maltose candy near sesame & ginger flavours.The sweet is made by first melting maltose,next adding to it miscellaneous ingredients & continuously stirring the mixture.Before the mixture solidifies,it is put on a metal stick & pulled into a line shape,consequently coiled into the shape of a plate.In Cantonese,deuk means chiselling,breaking things into pieces.When street hawkers sold the candy,it be necessary for them to break apart its productive shape with a double act flat chisels,namely "deuk".Chiselling makes crack & attracts children to buy.
