try the import asian goods portion at Robinsons Supermarket BlueWave or SaveMore Supermarket Riverbanks. they have a few Japanese food items approaching noodles, snacks, etc.

you can also try other supermarkets in more affluent parts of metro manila close to in Ortigas (Pasig/Mandaluyong), Ayala (Makati), Alabang (Muntinlupa) or Greenhills (San Juan)
