What is the difference between 逃がす and 逃す?

Could you please give me a few examples to compare them! Thanks a million surrounded by advance!

Answers:    逃がす (nigasu) vehicle letting someone run away/ get away physically, or release (i.e. a capture bird).

逃す (nogasu) means to miss (an opportunity), or, surrounded by combination with enduring other verbs, to fail to do something, eg. 見逃す (minogasu - overlook), 聞き逃す (kikinogasu - fall short to hear).

Hope this helps!

the elementary rule is as above.

Nigasu currently is able to write down to 逃すor 逃がす but 逃がす is much better logistically.

It's because 逃げるfor nigeru is correct and incorrect is this if you use 逃る instead.

逃す is to some extent an abbreviated version from 逃がす.
