I cant forget how horrible my cebu pacific travel experience be...really discouraging. Why do they get hold of away near it?
Cebu Pacific has outrageous flight attendants and no sense of time! Last time I left we be 4 hours delayed! My cousin also was a sufferer a week later! Then 2 other friends! Its hell that no other airline flies direct to guangzhou from manila and vice versa!
Answers: flight delay are sometimes not the airline's faults. but unpromising customer service is. please address your grievance to the proper authorities.

Until the Department of Tourism is flooded with complaints nought will happen and Cebu Pacific will verbs to take their customer for granted. Cebu Pacific's attitude is "Take it or depart from it."
Cebu Pacific does not care give or take a few service. They are one of only three domestic carrier and know that Filipinos have little choice. When the Tourism Dept. get enough complaints perchance they will force Cebu Pacific to care something like customer service.

Exactly, they know that there are no other airlines that services that route so they toss customer service out the skylight. This shouldn't be the case but it is, sombrely enough.
I've never flown Cebu Pacific, thank honesty.
Picked up a ticket for a client from a travel agent that does cebu Pacific and they told me they are getting a sign made saying fly cebu pacific at your own risk for the style they treat you.

i think its because the pilots get up up late. cebu is such a nice place.
