According to the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index, the Philippines is rank at #131 and Bangladesh at #162 (lower ranking = more corruption). The world's worst ranking for corruption is shared by Myanmar (Burma) and Somalia at #179.
The Philippines slipped by ten rankings in 2007. In Asia, singular Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh and Myanmar are ranked lower, but the Philippines without doubt isn't the worst in the world.
