Between MAS and Singapore Airlines which endow with better customer service at the airport?



Answers:    MAS airlines provides better customer service, ie, they're friendlier. However, S'pore Airlines is more efficient surrounded by terms of flight schedule.

SERIOUSLY... i am a LOYAL supporter of mas, even if other airlines volunteer flights cheaper than mas. cant say im totally contented (lol i never am anyway) with their service, nouns borne or ground, but i would say its adjectives acceptable... UNTIL LAST YEAR WHEN IT WAS TIME TO TRAVEL FROM KK TO KL TO AUSTRALIA, THOSE KL (WEST MSIAN GENERALLY) MAS STAFF WHO RELOCATED TO KK AIRPORT WERE SO VERY RUDE. THATS WHY I THINK THEY SHOULD ALL GO BACK (WOW NOW IM DISCRIMINATING AYE) LEAVE MY BEAUTIFUL NICE KK ALONE. GRRRRRR

oh in reality i was gonna voice i never took SIA eventhough they may have cheaper flights. i in recent times was a moronic supported of mas. or malaysian products. humans excepted.

i totally agree beside square. on the planes they can be wuite impolite to customers especially those *you know who* girls. the men are nice and friendly in actual fact. whereas if they see westerners all glower up like naik miang.
i remember i be once told off not to sit at the empty seat at the glass (which i did because my own seat be next to a toilet, contained by an 8 hour flight the stench was unbearable) and you wouldnt believe she be a hospitality personnel if she hadnt worn the uniform.
Never flown with SIA so I don't know.
i would say-so even.. but my view, repeat "MY VIEW", SIA crew are more friendly than MAS crew.. i mingy MAS crew only polite toward foreigner but not malaysian.. how pathethic.. but not SIA crew..

to adjectives MAS crew.. please change your attitude.. too bleak, we won the best cabin crew award.. but the veracity is.

you can thumb down me.. i dont care.. this is the reality.. i've been beside both MAS and SIA.. repeat "I'VE BEEN THERE".. you got to be there to know that.. and singular then you'll know that i be telling the truth..
MAS is better
SIA is better.

SIA treats passenger with respect coz they know that passenger pay their income. The heavier the passenger load the wider the smile on their face.

MAS staff dont seem to know where on earth their salary come from so they dont really appreciate seeing full load passenger on board. The fuller the passenger nouns, the more they sulk coz they think they enjoy to work double hard.
When we operate with purely one or two , it is unfortunate that plentiful impressions are formed at these meetings which may not confer a true reflection of the macro situation. Personally I would close to to say MAS but personal experience points to SIA.
Haven't be back to Malaysia for 20 years, so can't say aloud much.
China Airport - sucks.
Singapore Airport - sucks.
Hong kong Airport - sucks.
AUSSIE Airport - Gooooood.
NEW ZEALAND Airport - What can l say. Home sweet home. Welcome to my world. l come home next to open arms waiting.
Korea Airport - sucks.
Japan Airport - OK.
New York - sucks. Feel similar to big brother watching evrything you do and recond everything you said. Creepy.
MAS more friendly

MAS = Mana Ada System
SIA = System Itu Ada
