Ten Points! Snake Help!?
Ok, I'm getting a snake it's a morph of a reticulated python, it has a long body, it's not overweight and big. Here in the Philippines the average heat is 24 Celsius ( 75 Farenheit ) to 31 Celsius ( 88 Farenheit ) it's already summer here. The snake is almost one foot.
1. Basing on the average temperature, do I involve a heat mat or bake lamp?
2. How big should the container be? ( I'm using the big plastic one ,approaching a tub)
3. How often and how much mice should I nurture it?
4. Good decorations to make my snake have a feeling at home? ( ex. rock, branch etc. )
5. A good christen.

Answers: 1-As for the steam mat, Yes you need to put one contained by, and then if?when the snake desires it he will use it.
2-Get a tank size approaching a 40 long would be perfect.
3-Feed him 1 mouse once a week or once every two weeks.
4-Snakes close to to hide sometimes. Get something he can conceal under similar to a big piece of bark shaped so he can slither below it.
5-A good cross will depend on the snakes personality. Maybe a baptize from the Jungle Book.

1. i don't think so, snakes are cold blooded animals. its kinda hot already.
2. i supposed they call for as much area as possible. how long would be an full-grown snake would be? get something larger than that.
3. they nurture only as much as they needed. see. when snakes go hungry they become stirring and dormant when full. base your feed on appetite? hmmm.
4. branch and an old earthen jar large adequate for it to crawl in.
5. "Bite", "lance" "strike" (kagat, Tuklaw,) is a honourable name deters individuals from fooling around your snake. (kamandag is a not a good choice)
"Fangs" "hiss" "creeper" are associated to snakes

Oh, I am so lucky to have a snake at home. It is inside my adjectives piano. It usually comes out between 9AM-11AM and 2PM-4PM to look for something to eat. But very soon, I am sure, it is too hard on it's sector to leave the piano and I no longer use the piano to simply allow it to stay near. I never give it a dub.
