Freedom of speech? Speaking to change the political system is a no-no. Speaking of separating is a no-no.
Freedom of religion? It's given but have a picture of the Dalai Lama is a political thing not a religious entry.
Tibetan are free to do the heck they want expect those 3 above.
It is an avg view on the issue but next to satire. How west and Chinese misunderstand respectively other.
I sincerely wish I could say-so it is a satire. But from what I see, it is tragically the prevalent spectacle.
