5-star hotel survey?

We are MBA students from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) currently conducting our research serious newspaper on Tourist Satisfaction in 5 star hotel contained by Kota Kinabalu (KK) and Customer selection of 5star hotels surrounded by KK...
