Answers:    Bonanza ISP Pre-paid card is the best one I have used. National Book Store, 7-11 and Mini Stop stores public sale the cards for 100 Pesos for 20 hours of service
a lot! look in your nearest mall except your fav grocery or convenience store. ask for internet cards and it is all in attendance in the shelf or card stands.
