Answers: For many years I hold traveled throughout Asia and many times I enjoy seen a woman and said to myself ' that is the most divine, desirable, divine, dazzling, devastating, erotic, exotic, exquisite, gorgeous, heart-stopping, knee -wobbling,Goddess I hold ever seen'. But the Taiwanese girls are at the top for the reasons you mention above plus one you didn't mention - their exquisite aesthetic, grace and charm.

Wish I know the answer to that. They are sexy and beautiful (although between 50 and 60 they tend to dribble apart) and the time I spent in Taiwan beside them turned out to be the happiest time of my life.

The question, and some of the answers, are racist and sexist claptrap. Taiwanese women are human beings, and ought to be treated and respected as such.
They are pretty sexy due much to your perception. I have an idea that that their open mindedness, competent to talk straight, competent to present themselves well to outsiders etc make that sexy to you. For their daring wear and able to settle english is another plus too, as compared to those who are from Mainland China, South Korea and Japan. I think sexy girls are everywhere and not purely the Taiwanese and its more towards individual than the race and/or residency thats matters the most.
Just almost all women are sexy (if you are hetero-male of course). Taiwanese women only happen to be more available if you are located within Taiwan. Thus they are sexy, because you are here so you see them all the time.
But I individually think your above reason are correct. Any woman who is well dressed, in good health educated and tries to run care of herself is sexy. In my view, most Taiwanese girls appear to try harder to maintain their aesthetic than girls from other cultures.
Then there is overkill... I be a sign of look at the older women who dress similar to something from the mummy on a hot day to protect their skin. It isnt sexy at all- but hey they are making the energy! It probably DOES make their skin paler, even if it does embarass the hell out of anyone in the vicinity them and turn their clothes into smelly sweat baths. MOIST! But not very sexy.
