I am from holland. What is the maximum amount that I can distribute to an ATM depiction surrounded by the philippines? PCI Bank?
Answers: There is no limit as to the amount you can deposit within the Philippine bank. However, if you deposit an amount surrounded by excess of US $ 10,000 your deposit transaction will be reported by the bank to the Anti-Money Laundering Council.
If the money come from legitimate source, you don't enjoy to worry.
Note : I used to work for a Bank.
Have a nice time !
PCI Bank is now taken over by Banco de Oro. There may be no inhibit in the amount you can distribute to an ATM account within the Philippines except laws surrounded by Holland might subject you to limitations in their law.
no limit.
you can transport as much as you can
There is a $10,000.00 USD limit that requires some sort of reporting procedure. Your sandbank does the reporting when the funds are wire transferred. Check near your bank contained by Holland
i dont believe there is a hold back to the amount of money you can send to an ATM portrayal in the Philippines. what here is a limit to/in is the amount of money an ATM description holder may withdraw per year via the ATM.
however, there is an Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Law(?) which the philippines is "adhering" to which puts suspicion on anyone moving money US$10,000 or more contained by and/or out of the country whether it be via the legitimate bank system or otherwise. i suppose the gov't would have the right to freeze/sequester the money individual moved.
but don't take my word for it, consider also other answerers' input.
