Actually, that statement is within Tagalog, not Cebuano. It means "do you resembling kissing (with a person)?" And the next rank says "dance and be cute one more time ?manang is usually used to address an elder woman...like an elder sister.
for example, people from the philipines are call filipinos. This is the same travel case but it mean it comes from Cebu.
