What is the physical purpose of the BLOCK phase?
Answers: I do that to return the favor mostly. (when someone blocks me first) Next, I block accounts I perceive to be trolls so they cannot report me! hahahahahahaha
I think Yahoo made that available so you cannot be bothered by another user. It IS effective ONLY if respectively person have ONE account. Multiple accounts OVERRIDE the "protection" of the block element.
It's one way to prevent undesirable users from showing up on your account and/or sending you spam and other malicious or annoying stuff. But beside the way these users acquire new identity in a snap, it's approaching they spawn way too in a hurry and soon your block list is full and you can't really block 'em anymore.
I construe that there are a few assorted reasons:
To curtain trolling activities,
To protect oneself from stalkers,
To hold track of a Troll,
To tell another user you are not impressed beside them,
To repay a user blocking you,
To stop some from answering your question.
Just another agency of saying, you use the rear legs door and not the main door. Who care if somebody blocked me, they are asking nonsense interrogate anyway or let me read aloud another faggadacious question that doesn't really make any sense in this planet.
Some YAPers in actual fact use this to block out people outside their own circle of friends. They cause the site personal to themselves and their friends.

Some people are simply paranoid. They feel that the human being they blocked is a threat to their existence here in tqqaa.com.
To stop other nation who they find annoying, hurtful and the like.
