Is it possible to go trekking around Mendoza (or Cordoba) in late July / early August or is it too cold?
I would like to go on some longer treks in the Andes around Mendoza. Is it purely skiing season in August, or do people still go trekking?
Answers:
It is possible, but in the last years the forecast is very unpredictable, there are trekking courses all year long but it depends very much in the weather conditions.

If you have an adventure spirit and get warm clothes, everything is possible, but I wouldn't recommend it.
