Does Buenos Aires offer replica brand items like the Far east does? I.e replica LV bags/ rolex matches etc?

I have been travelling to Buenos Aires once a year and anyone there with replica brands buys them in NY or Miami, not in Buenos Aires. Shopping is very cheap, but brands like LV bads, Rolex, etc are in USDollars, not in Argentinian Pesos, therefore it is more expensive then in the US.
