Can a native spanish person find work in Buenos Aires?

Do I need a visa? What kind of work is available? Is bar/restaurant/hotel/office work easy to find?

If you speak Spanish as fluently as you speak English , you could probably find job in some area related to Tourism, but keep in mind in Buenos aires, when applying for a job, almost always they´re really picky about the age.
a person in his/her thirties would be considered "old" for many jobs.I´m 33 , I live in Buenos Aires and was born here, and sometimes they don´t even receive your CV if you´re more than 30 years old. (I do Speak English, as you can read, and Portuguese, and I have a Degree on tourism).
