A380 or 787??
wich do you perfer with a bigger spaces chart the a380 fights to stay ahead, but 787 most fuel modernized and really truely quiter than most wich do you like better?
Answers: The Airbus A380 is flying. The Boeing 787 is currently undergo a development modification due to a flight system and in-flight entertainment issue, which will be fixed.
I close to Boeing because of the looks of their planes, and that they are an American company. Airbus is European and receives monetary assistance from their elected representatives.
In terms of extent, the 787 and A380 are not realistically comparable. The 787 is a medium to long field aircraft, while the A380 is a long to super long hauler.
The 787 will probably be more successful.

There is only one A380 contained by service presently, Singapore Airlines uses it on their London-Singapore-Sydney route, they have taken transfer of a 2nd A380, but have however put it in service. The 787 looks approaching it's about a year away from anyone in service and is more of a mid-range point to point aircraft, compared to the long drag hub to hub type of plane the A380 is designed for. From what I've read, the quietness of the A380 really stands out, and that is also supposed to be one of the features of the 787, until I win the chance to fly on both airplanes it's thorny to say which one is preferable, they both look great.

Neither one of those planes are FLYING YET... so I don't see how it matters right immediately.
