Airfare insurance? Can you find a full return of ticket price?

This summer I might be traveling from the US to Israel. The airfare is super-expensive, and it would really suck if a war broke out surrounded by Israel and I had to quash my trip. So I was wondering, is in that a way to take "insurance" on my ticket so that I could get a full reimbursement (or nearly full) if I have to stop my trip?
