Alitalia Airlines?
Hi all, I hold on to hearing nightmare stories something like Alitalia Airlines. I am frequent flyer but this is my first time over seas on a 14+flight. I'd close to to hear any reassurance that i haven't made a horrible choice in picking them...and would resembling to know do they really check the weight on your carry-on? I be set to 11pounds, seriously? Also I've heard they just play the in-flight movies in Italian, is that true? Thanks within advance! :)
Answers: Alitalia is an ok airlines. I hold flown from bombay in India to toronto via Rome by alitalia. The in-flight movies are both within italian and english.
Alitalia is the worse airline in the world. I am not tomfoolery. The customer service is horrible. It took them two years to finally send me a settlement. Lost my baggage several times. hugely rude and disorganized. Sorry, would love to give you reassurance, but this is what happend to me. Good luck!
