Where be you when the Twin Towers fell?
My sister lives in New York and is a flight attendant for United Airlines. On 9-11 she be home visiting us surrounded by Minnesota. Where were you?
Answers: I will never forget I have just checked surrounded by for my trip from Phoenix to Washington National and a supervisor said that the Pentagon had be car bombed. I did not judge much of it as I had not watch the news or turned on the radio on my agency in. I sit down to do the briefing and they wheeled within a TV and that was the first I know of what had happen. They still thought it was a small aircraft at that time individual we were head to the east coast we had a hindrance of an hour and headed to Starbucks to attain coffee. While waiting n line a high well dressed man started laughing and blurted out that the tower have just fell. We still wonder today if he have any connection would he enjoy been on our flight as it be a 757 so lots of fuel.
I was within Rome Italy, with a Travelagency when the principal told me that an aircraft flew into the Twin Towers and another into the Pentagon. Tousands are dead he said.
I did not believe him, those Italians..
When I come back to the hotel, the receptionist told me duplicate and has see my unbelief in my facade and told me go to your room and look box.
Now I could see this tragedy
Next day I flew from Rome Fumicino Airport. The airport be deserted, but no extra security..it be to short after.
In bed, i woke up and my mom and sister were crying i looked at the small screen to see a tower on fire. I didn't know what it be about so i merely walked away and have breakfast and got set for school and contained by the car my mom told me adjectives about it.
I be in in the region of 3rd grade when it happen so i didn't really know anything about the World Trade Center but very soon i understand what happen and how incredibly tragic it was.
God Bless those ethnic group who died.
My then Girlfriend, presently wife and I were surrounded by bed asleep. We worked midnights and turned the ringer off to hold on to a pestering sister from waking us. She would other call and get up us up and act resembling she didn't know we were sleeping. We have left CNN on and the volume down. My wife looked at the phone and notice something like 30 missed call. She looked at the TV and freaked out, we both freaked out, Nothing but smoke and debris everywhere.
We haven't ever turned the ringer bad again.. Our hearts travel out to those who were lost and their loved ones!
7th level advisory and science classes. I got to science and saw the second one falling right until that time the principal made the announcement for the teachers to turn sour all TVs/radios.
In Branson Missouri beside my girlfriend on vacation. We have to drive the rental car pay for to Cleveland, Ohio since all the flights be grounded.
I was on my bearing to work when I heard give or take a few the first tower and when I finally arrived to my workplace, that's when I saw it collapse on television.
I be trying to find all the planes I be responsible for and trying to make sure they be all on the ground soundly. I was shutting down the northeast operation for the airline I work for.
